HOW TO REQUEST A PRACTICE
To book a practice for your team you first have to see what resources are available for the date that you wish to book a practice. Please review the online calendar on the web site which is viewable to all coaches and managers. Look at the List View and scroll to the date of your practice to see what team practices have already been scheduled. Please review this information to confirm the time and place of your practice request. If you have questions regarding scheduling then submit an email request using the email addresses found below. Practice times are made available on a first come first served basis.
Also please keep in mind that practices can only be requested one week in advance to ensure that everyone gets an fair chance to manage their practice schedules.
It is very important to adhere to the practice time slots that are made available. These practice time slots are 90 minutes each and are listed below:
9:00 - 10:30 AM
10:30 - 12:00 AM
12:00 - 1:30 PM
1:30 - 3:00 PM
3:00 - 4:30 PM
4:30 - 6:00 PM
6:00 -7:30 PM

If you need assistance in getting a practice created on the web site for your team then please send an email using the email addresses below for the different divisions and include the following in the email:
If you see your practice time and field are available on the web site then the next step for you should be to login into YOUR TEAM site and navigate to your SCHEDULE page to create the practice. You should create your team practice choosing the CORRECT PARK and a CORRECT 90 MINUTE TIME SLOT (see above). Please also make these practices PUBLIC so they will show on the main site calendar.
The practice that you created allows you to message your team and also track attendance. If you open that new practice you can email it to your team by changing the notification settings and hitting save.
If you are not comfortable creating your own practice times on your site and managing that process then simply add in your emailed request to have your team practice created and team messaged.
Please try to follow the process defined here because if it is not followed then there could be confusion and scheduling conflicts.
